  1. Not finding what you want on the portal or City website and don't want to submit your request through the portal? Call the City Clerk's office at 352-540-3810.
  2. If your request is about something outside of the City of Brooksville's city limits, you will need to call/contact a different agency.
  3. If you want to know if an address would receive City water and/or sewer and sanitation, those requests go to this email: [email protected]
  4. If you are requesting a blank form (i.e. special events, peddlers, vendor application, advisory board applications, etc) , please be advised that is not considered a public records request. You may call the City Clerk's office for assistance at 352-540-3810.
  5. Property Deeds, property tax information, homestead exemption, property appraised value, even if in City limits, are under the purview of the Hernando County Property Appraiser. You may call them at 352-754-4190. You may be referred to their search engine for documents.
  6. Records for birth certificates, divorce proceedings, litigation, death certificates, drivers' license are maintained by Hernando County's official records. You may call them at 352-754-4201. You may be referred to their search engine for documents.
